Common Issues

The issues listed below are some of the most common issues people run across here. These instructions will fix the issues in most cases, but not always. Consult the full instructions in the left-side dropdown menus for what you're trying to do.. If the complete instructions do not help you fix your issue, submit a support ticket.

Google Drive/File Stream General Tips

Google Drive folder on PC is not available (billing folders, invoices, etc.). See Troubleshooting section.

Scan Folders

Scan folder for my location is not available. See the above list and make sure the PC is turned on and running correctly. Turn on/reboot if necessary.
