Spooler files for all users are purged every Friday. Purge dates will generally be set to 7 days previous (so you will retain a week's worth of spooled print jobs) but that number is NOT guaranteed and it could be less. If you need to save a print job, print to one of the PDF printers and save the PDF in Drive or on your PC.
The following printers create PDFs instead of printing on paper. These PDFs are for attaching to email, etc.
For creating PDFs of reports and documents:

To create PDF invoices with the full form overlay, use SP10.Â
Desktop folder: Accuplus Print Jobs>Billing>Invoices>SP10
Note: Only the "ORIGINAL" copy will be contained in the PDF as it is unnecessary to send the multi-part form in a PDF.
Instead of physically printing test billing, test billing for each warehouse can be printed to a folder available on your desktop . This PDF can be used to check billing instead of a physical copy.
Desktop folder: Accuplus Print Jobs>Billing>TestBilling>Whs#
Note: Test billing may be automatically directed to these folders. This is where to look if your test billing did not print on the printer.
Any time an invoice is printed on paper, it creates a PDF (ORIGINAL page only) in a folder for your location. These PDFs can be used to email or reprint invoices.

All invoices are also archived to the Billing>Invoices folder in Team Drives. See instructions below for more information.
